For nearly 10 years, Dream Time Princess Events has had the honor of bringing joy, comfort, and unforgettable memories to children facing cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. These visits are some of the most meaningful moments we are ever part of — moments of hope, courage, and pure joy during incredibly difficult seasons.
We have always believed that every child deserves magic, especially when they are walking through the hardest battles of their lives.
Our Heart for Giving
Over the past decade, Dream Time has quietly donated an estimated $56,650 in character visits and services to charitable organizations that support children with critical illnesses. These visits have been fully donated or provided at no profit, often requiring us to absorb cast pay, travel, and costume expenses so families could experience something truly special.
As requests continue to grow, we found ourselves wanting to say yes more often — without compromising the sustainability of the business that allows us to serve in the first place.
That is why we created the Dream Fund.
What the Dream Time Magic Fund Supports
The Dream Fund allows individuals, families, churches, and businesses to partner with us in expanding our charitable outreach. Contributions to this fund are used exclusively to support donated visits for children facing cancer or life-threatening illness.
Funds may be used for:
- Covering cast pay for donated character visits
- Travel and logistics for outreach events
- Wig and costume maintenance for charitable appearances
- Purchasing new, high-quality character costumes that will also be used specifically for donated visits
This fund allows us to continue giving — and to give more — without having to turn children away due to financial limitations.
What Your Donation Helps Provide
Many supporters have asked what it actually costs to make a Dream Fund visit possible. While every visit is unique, these estimates help give a general idea of the impact your generosity can have:
- $210 — Provides one princess for a one-hour visit
- $310 — Provides two princesses for a one-hour visit
These costs help cover performer time, professional costumes and wigs, preparation, travel, and the care that goes into creating a meaningful experience for each child.
Donations of any amount are deeply appreciated and may be combined with other gifts to make a visit possible. Every contribution helps bring comfort, joy, and unforgettable moments to children who need it most.
