To fully secure a date, we require a deposit. Your date is not guaranteed until your deposit has been received. We will send you a PayPal invoice once you finalize your event through the link sent after filling out your booking form online.
is due three days prior to event and will be processed in the same manner as your deposit. You may pay from the original link sent or request another be sent to you.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to determine an alternative for your party. It is very unlikely, however, we reserve the right to cancel any appearance due to serious or contagious illness or injury of the performer or the performer’s family. In this situation, the booking deposit will be put towards a new available event date along with a coupon for the next time.
Our character will arrive right at the time the event is booked. We try not to arrive early so that all guests will be at the event before the character makes their appearance. If for some reason, you do not see the character at the event start time, feel free to give us a call. We take pride in arriving right on time! If, for some unforeseeable reason our character is late due to circumstances beyond their control, the character will stay the extended time to compensate their tardiness.
An adult must be present in the same area as the character and children throughout the entire event. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy!
Extreme heat or cold situations will be monitored and if the safety of our characters will be affected, Dream Time Princess Events will make arrangements with the client for a fun, but safe party for our characters and guests.
Dream Time Princess Events wants everyone to feel safe at events and parties. If our character feels unsafe for any reason due to a guest’s behavior, they will be required to leave immediately. Our characters are not responsible for children’s behavior, and the performer may leave the premises in extreme situations. This includes both physical and verbal situations.
may be taken by our Royal Helper during the event for promotional purposes. These photos will not identify the child’s name, age or residence. Please let us know if you have a child in attendance that cannot have their photo used for promotional purposes.
Please notify Dream Time Princess Events of any activity you would like them to participate in prior to the event. We want to be sure the activity runs smoothly and keeping in line with the character involved. This makes the visit as magical as can be!
When you book with Dream Time Princess Events, please let us know if you will be having some other type of entertainment at your event. This helps our characters know what to expect so they can ensure the best performance. Character integrity is very important to us, so we must require notice of any type of other character entertainment that will be attending the event.
is not included in the price of the party paid to Dream Time Princess Events. If you are pleased with your character, feel free to tip them. The tip will be divided equally among the characters and Royal Helper in attendance at the event. Please be sure to give the Royal Helper the gratuity, so the magic isn’t broken with the characters.
It is understood that the party of each confirmed booking has read and agrees upon all information contained in all pages of our website and these terms and conditions. Every booked appearance will be bound by these terms.
